This Friday, I went to Monoprix near my home, it is a famous French supermarket chain. I had a field trip to check out Elephant Tea's offline sale situation. In the tea area, I was not surprised to find the elephant tea, although the location is not very large, but also was placed in a prominent position. I tried to ask some customers if they would be willing to answer some of my questions, and finally a young girl agreed. Her name is Davine, age 23.

Here omitted the greeting and off-topic
Me: Do you know the Elephant Tea?
D: What tea? No, I don’t know.
I showed her the pictures I found online, when she saw the image, she realized this is the “Elephant Tea”
Me: I thought all the French people know this brand.
D: Oh, yes, now I know. I just don’t remember the name, but I know this logo. I'm just not even sure if the brand still exists.
Me: Do you ever tried this tea ?
D: I think so, when I was a kid, my parents might buy this.
Me: But if you are shopping for yourself, will you choose this brand as well?
D: Not really, I prefer Lipton, I don’t know why, it’s just a habit.
Me: Do you notice this brand when you buy tea in the supermarket?
D: Usually I only buy the brands I'm usually used to buying and don't notice the others.
Me: Ok, so what do you think of this brand ?
D: I think this is a very traditional French tea brand with a very special logo that is easy to remember. But it no longer seems to have a lot of appeal among young people.
Me: Have you ever had anyone recommend this brand to you?
D: No, actually, I am not an avid tea drinker and I don't pay much attention to tea brands.
Me: Which aspect of tea are you most concerned about?
D: Taste, I like fruit tea which is good and it’s not bitter.
